Delete Your Account

Deleting your account is permanent. It is not a deactivation and it cannot be undone.

This removes, immediately:

• Your sign-in credentials
• Your name, email address, phone number, and saved vehicle and address details
• The Apple credential linked to your account, if you signed in with Apple

This keeps:

• Records of completed and cancelled bookings — date, amount, fees, and payment outcome. We are required to retain these as financial and tax records, and they are the evidence needed if a payment is disputed. They are not used to contact you.

Card details are never stored on our systems; they are held by Stripe and removed on their schedule. Full detail is in section 12 of the Privacy Policy.
